Shrimp Kabobs
Kabobs are like a forgotten fan favorite. They are just so easy to make and throw on the grill. I love them in the summer so I don’t have to be inside cooking while the kids are outside playing and they make life easy because it’s all on a stick! These yummy Japanese bbq shrimp kabobs are delicious and quick to make!
Ingredients:
2 lbs. of shrimp
Japanese BBQ sauce
Pineapple
Zucchini
Onion
Directions:
Marinade shrimp in Japanese BBQ Sauce while chopping your veggies.
Chop pineapple, zucchini and onion into bite size pieces about 1 1/12 inches wide so they stay on the kabob.
Put shrimp, veggies and pineapple on kabob in whichever order you’d like!
Grill until cooked - about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with rice, potato salad, or cheesy bread.
