Creating Habits of Confidence

Creating confidence that sticks is a habit, not something that just happens over night for us. We must choose every day to speak differently to ourselves, look at ourselves in a different light, and make decisions that uplift and encourage us - even when the decisions and actions are hard.

Confidence helps us move forward in life, taking chances, risks, and bettering ourselves even at the face of fear and possible defeat. Being confident in who you are at a young age sets you up to be a better adult later in life because you are already making decisions that you are wholeheartedly showing up in.

I choose to focus on confidence for the August theme of our accountability group because I think it's something we always struggle with, especially as women. If we're not building ourselves up, we're tearing ourselves apart piece by piece.

We deserve better than that.

But, how do you learn to feel confident? How do you take the actions you need to take to show up as your most confident self?

Start with...
+ taking care of yourself
+ talking to yourself differently and positively
+ moving your body intentionally so you can get stronger
+ feel stronger by fueling your body with whole clean foods
+ get rid of negative energy
+ learning how to implement routines that uplift you
+ learning how to implement a nutritious lifestyle without sacrificing (cupcakes...)
