Each day you will have your morning reflection, lesson, and evening reflection. Each part of the day is important so don't skip them.
They can be found in the journal you receive. Each lesson consists of tools you can take with you to get clearer on what a clean eating lifestyle actually looks like. There is an affirmation and/or printable for you to use in each lesson as well. Use these!!! They will aid in your success.
