Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

If you’re looking for a yummy snack, this can be your new go-to! Buffalo cauliflower bites are all things delicious and flavorful while low in calories! They are perfect as a meal prep item, party appetizer, and a mid-day snack!

You can make them mild or hot depending on your audience!

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 head of cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup red hot, hot sauce

  • 1/8 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Chop cauliflower into small bites.

  2. Wash and put into large bowl.

  3. Mix with rest of ingredients.

  4. Place on lined baking sheet in the oven on 425 for about 30 minutes or until brown on top.

  5. Enjoy!

    *Reheats well in oven.
