Crispy Brussel Sprouts

I made this recipe last night as part of our dinner and it was so good, that I think I might make it again this week! It’s all things sweet, and salty and crispy and savory!

Ingredients:

  • Halved Brussel Sprouts

  • Maple Syrup

  • 4 Strips of Bacon

  • Blue Cheese (dressing or crumbles)

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Butter and Olive Oil (for pan)

Directions:

  1. While you’re cutting the brussel sprouts heat up oil and butter in a pan.

  2. Add bacon to pan, and let cook half way.

  3. Then, add brussel sprouts to pan.

  4. Once sprouts are cooked, add maple syrup, balsamic, and blue cheese.

  5. Let cook, stirring every couple of mins for about 5 minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
