Asparagus and Cheddar Quiche
I made this delicious quiche for dinner last week and have to share it with you guys! It was filling and delicious. There were NO leftovers and it was just Kyle and I who ate it!
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 bunch aspragus cut in half and cut in half lengthwise to make thin strips
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 large container of spinach
Directions:
Mix eggs, cream and cheese in large bowl. Pour into a pre-sprayed pie plate. Layer in the spinach and asparagus. Cook at 400 for about 30 mins. ENJOY! Save leftovers in glass airtight container for about 4 days (if there are leftovers!) this would also freeze well!
