French Toast Muffins

Yummy French toast muffins that are perfect for mom & kiddos. They would freeze so nice. I promised a friend I would make them for her for her freezer so she had an easy breakfast option when her baby arrives! These are a great meal prep item that you can have hot or cold. You can sub the Dave’s bread for a gluten free option like my favorite Canyon Bakehouse!

Ingredients:
5 slices @daveskillerbread chopped in cubes
10 eggs whisked
1/2 cup milk
2tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg, cloves & allspice

Directions:
Mix together the milk, spices and egg. Let sit.

Spray pan. I used @caraway_home non toxic pans. Love them! Put bread in the muffin tins, then top with egg & milk & spice mixture. Top each muffin with maple syrup. Pop them in the oven for about 20-30 mins depending on your over at 350! Take them out and enjoy!!!
